For all refund and return inquiries, please contact us using the email address above. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging. To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unopened with seals intact.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Opened or used dietary supplement products may not be eligible for refund due to health and safety regulations. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
3. Refund Process – Step by Step
- Contact Us: Email us at office@quezrionvap.world with your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant details.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the address to ship the product.
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution; typically, refunds appear within 5–10 business days after we process them. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Opened supplement bottles or broken seals.
- Products past their expiry date.
- Items damaged by the customer (e.g., improper storage, accidental damage).
- Products that have been used or partially consumed.
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
6. Australian Consumer Law – Your Statutory Rights
Our refund policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure (e.g., significant defect, not fit for purpose, does not match description), you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor failures, we may offer a repair or replacement. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately with details and, where possible, photographs.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please follow the return process to receive a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
